Tortured for the Church – New Michael Voris Vortex Video
We went to see Michael Voris over the weekend and he touched upon his visit to Romania and to this prison where horrific tortures took place during the communist regime. The Communists were especially cruel to Catholic clergy and nuns. Some of the tortures included:
- Raping and torturing nuns
- Eventually killing them.
- Body parts thrown into boiling water in the town square
- Seminarians being forced to drink the soup
Hearing about these tortures humbles me and makes me see how much I take for granted.
May God have mercy on the souls of the many that were tortured here and may we have the fortitude to withstand the coming martyrdom.
