Slip Extenders (Extender Slips) – A Modest Woman’s Best Friend
These days it is almost impossible to shop for clothing that doesn’t look like Amish clothing. No offense to those who are or like to dress like they are Amish. The point is that some of us want to be modest, but at the same time want to wear more contemporary clothes too. Yet, we find it almost impossible to find nice dresses and skirts. Why? Because it seems that most skirts are either long (long is cool) or too short (too short- not so cool).
Enter the slip extenders.
I cannot believe I just found about these thingies now.
For those who are old enough, remember your grandmother telling you that your slip was showing and that was an occasion of great shame? Now you can buy underclothes that look like slips or petticoats in order to extend the length of your skirt or dress.
Tell me that ain’t awesome.
